Consultancy registered in Kenya (CPR/2014/170851) with a capacity to offer a full spectrum of consultancy
services in the built environment including their implementation.
The consortium brings together the various core professionals in the built environment in a bid to offer integrated
and streamlined modern and post-modern turnkey built solutions and systems. The consortium is founded on
emerging international trends and practices which ensure the multidisciplinary team takes part from the initial
stages hence compressing the design process and offering turnkey solutions that have optimum professional input.
The approach departs from the traditional linear design and built/construct approach to a more robust, efficient and
effective design philosophy which by bringing together the various professionals eliminates limited expertise, timewastage and dispute in changes. In part or whole we provide integrated turn-key built systems services in the
Residential, commercial, institutional , infrastructure, corporate, security, sacred and recreational sectors of the
built environment.
Particularly, through MAKESPACE LLP [LLP-B51XLD] our integrated turn key building and construction
services include: Building and construction services such as iconic building & construction design, animations
and 3d flythroughs , structural and civil engineering, project management and procurement, construction
management. We also provide services allied to building and construction namely service engineering ,sound
engineering and light engineering. Further also we also incorporate interior designing & decor and landscaping in
our list of services. These services are provided either directly by us or our subsidiaries or in cases of specialized
design works through third parties partners.
