ESTABLISHMENT OF CONSORTIUM
BXT Consortium is a package Built Environment Systems Consultancy in East Africa with a capacity
to
offer a full spectrum of consultancy services in the built environment including their implementation. The
Consortium traces its foundation to 2005 as a design and Planning club where it evolved from before it was formally registered in 2014 as an LLC.
The consortium brings together the various core professionals in the built environment in a bid to offer integrated
and streamlined modern and post-modern turnkey built solutions and systems. The consortium is founded on
emerging international trends and practices which ensure the multidisciplinary team takes part from the initial
stages hence compressing the design process and offering turnkey solutions that have optimum professional input.
The approach departs from the traditional linear design and built/construct approach to a more robust, efficient and
effective design philosophy which by bringing together the various professionals eliminates limited expertise, time
wastage and dispute in changes. In part or whole we provide integrated turn-key built systems services in the
Residential, Commercial, Institutional , Infrastructure, Corporate, Security, Sacred and Recreational sectors of the
built environment.
Particularly, through BXT[2014] our integrated turn key building and construction services include:
Building and construction services such as iconic building & construction design, animations and 3d flythroughs ,
structural and civil engineering, project management and procurement, construction management. We also provide
services allied to building and construction namely service engineering ,sound engineering and light engineering.
Further also, we incorporate interior designing & décor and landscaping in our list of services. These services are
provided either directly by us or our subsidiaries or in cases of specialized design works through third organization
parties and departmental partners including Makespace LLP through Joint Agreement Partnerships
BXT Consortium works, based on the nature of assignment, with specialty sub-contractors and subconsultants whose tailored services and expertise provides our clients responsive solutions.
Our service delivery is premised on the spatial and design maxims that articulate, conceptualize and conceive built
systems as elements of nature whose expression is naturally existential. The Universality in the approach has
a coherent interpretation of reality and existence aimed at designing functional spaces whilst acknowledging
spatial utility articulation and user experiences and expressions. The Maxims of design upon which our
philosophy is founded are; Iconism, Symbolism, Sustainability, Originality, Uniqueness, Identity and
Healing.

The Experiences Galleries showcase project that are either complete or ongoing. The Profile Galleries structure the consortium’s design teams, collectively or individually and as well as the Artificial Intelligence under development or use by the consortium.
Community Development
BXT Consortium believes in communities. Through various funds and programs, the consortium admits request for funding of environmental projects, Climate related initiatives and Poverty eradication contributions.
