I am an accredited professional with Boraqs[A1704] and AAK[4338] with knowledge based skills and experience in the Architectural and Legal fields as illustrated elsewhere in my resume and project portfolio as may be availed upon request.

My computer literacy skills are proficiently illustratable and applicable through Microsoft Suite Programs, Adobe Suite [Particularly Photoshop and fairly other suite Programs], Archicad [Mastered Designing tool], Piranesi, Artlantis [Mastered Rendering tool] and Camtasia [Mastered Animation and Video Editing tool]. Elsewhere I have also indicated interest in developing skills in assorted computer programs that could be relevant in due course.

I possess a diverse professional experience. As illustrated in my resume, I am credited with practical experience within the legal and design fields including service as a Technician, Tutor, legal clerk,Personal Assistant, Interior Designer, Lead Designer, Project Manager and Site Supervisor. I state that I am qualified both in policy formulation, particularly environmental policy, and sustainable design planning, especially urban and environmental planning.

Further and importantly, I have a solid foundation and communication in Architectural design and implementation as illustrated briefly on my resume and portfolio. Having worked on several projects of a varying magnitude and in possession of a relevantly expansive but varied project experience, I can handle ,fairly, an array of assignments comfortably whilst collaborating to benefit from experience of other team members, traits that bestow my firmed benefit on the subject matter.

In my various roles in the Organizations, Institutions and Sole Capacity, I have been responsible and obligated with management and leadership tasks of administering design teams, negotiations, representation and design analysis and proposals development duties through delegation or under supervision. This has led to firming my skills and experience in practical action-based decision making.

I have also been involved in dispute resolution processes and filing and information organization systems hence my notably developing capacity in implementing, controlling and administering project goals and objects. Also through collaboration with various stakeholders and professionals in the built environment, my planning, procurement participation, correspondence and coordination skills have attained a reliable edge particularly as regards compliance to strategic outcomes, meeting deadlines, and result delivery whilst ensuring quality assurance and efficiency in conformity with project regulations and statutory obligations.

Dedication towards duty, ability to take instructions with ease and translate them into desired but innovative deliverables whilst honoring set timelines and resource constraints have contributed to my success in my past career duties as evidenced by a good record of execution. I am also quick to not that some projects have not taken

off from design stage through to construction due to constraints in budgets.
